Is gst invoice require for catering services outside delhi

16 April 2019 I am doing a service of Catering throughout the the country.
In the course of providing my service to my client i have to take my assets such as tables, chairs, utensils through transport.
What should i do for those assets as they are not for sale but used in providing service.
Transfer Challan/GST Invoice.
Also Whether E-Way Bill Required for such thing out or not

16 April 2019 As per Rule 55 (1) of CGST Rules,
Delivery challan can be issued for transportation of goods without an invoice: ,when goods being transported other than by way of supply..

E Way Bill is required to be generated
Every registered person either consignor or consignee, who is causing the interstate movement of goods of consignment value exceeding fifty thousand rupees—

for reasons other than supply (e.g. Job Work, goods sent on approval basis, exhibition purpose, demo, SKD/CKD, etc ) need to generate e way bill

16 April 2019 For interstate movement - e way bill is required even for goods value less than Rs 50000/-
