Can anyone plss tell me what is the current rate of service tax. whether presidential assent on Finance Bill, 2015 has been given or not???

Current rate of service tax is 12.36% (12+2+1).
The Finance bill has not yet received the President's assent. It is expected that the assent shall be received by end of this month. Probably in next 10 days.
