Dear Sir/Madam,
My mother is getting family pension from Central Govt. Will she get a standard deduction (u/s sec 57)of 33.33% or Rs. 15000 for A.Y 2012-13? I have heard from somewhere that this provision is removed.Please clarify it.

This provision still exists.
