Is dividend from Liquid funds taxable?

I would like to know if dividend earned from Rel. Money Manager Fund is a taxable income for individual and HUF? The investor has opted for the dividend reinvestment option.

Dividend Income earned from RMM is not taxable as the fund is a registered mutual fund under the SEBI Act 1992.
Income received from such mutual funds is exempt U/s 10(35)(a)
