Is central sales tax appliacable on freight charges in sales

I would like to know whether Central Sales Tax is charged on Freight charged in sales invoice, has it is a inter sales sales.

27 August 2011 Here the same mechanism as VAT would be Applicable.

It depends upon nature of transaction if your transaction agreement is such to include price of freight in all the bills with parties than CST will be applicable else it wil not be applicable.
