03 February 2022 Can a private limited company have to file ADT-1 every year, even for ratification also?? If I file ADT-1 last year then can I have to file this year also ??

04 February 2022 Now, ADT-1 for the first appointment of auditors done by BOD need to be filed for a period till the first AGM.
For other than the above, appointment and filing of ADT-1 is for a period of 5Years.
Every year ratification is done away w. e. f 07-05-2018.

13 February 2022 Sir u mean to say we have to do ratification every year in AGM but have to file ADT-1 in year-1 out of 5 years.
If I filed ADT-1 last year then I have no need to file ADT-1 this year??
