As we know that Partial reverse charge mechanism is applicable from 01/07/2012, even then the abatement of 25% to gta is available or not ?
kindly clarify .

All abatement available to services of specified categories have now been merged in one exemption notifiction no 26/2012-ST dated 20/06/2012. Abatement on Service of Goods transport agency in relation to transportation of goods is stil available same as earlier
