Sir,
Our Agra depot need to transfer some paint product to our varanasi depot.
My query: Is varansi depot issue "F" form to AGra & also any other permit required to complete this transaction.

Yes interstate branch/depot transfer should be supported by F form.
Intrastate branch/depot transfer should be supported the document as specified by the local VAT act.
say in karnataka it is E-sugama/VAT - 515
