Ipcc revalidation

I have revalidate my IPCC registration on 16 jan 2018, but when i am going to fill my exam form may 2018. the date of revalidation is not showing. Only date of registration is showing.
Anybody can tell me how much time it will take to reflect date of revalidation. As i am waiting to fill my exam form.
And should I wait for few days more or should i fill the form with only date of registration.

i will suggest you to drop a mail to icai and call helpline nos.. they will tell you immediately the reval. date
