I have started my artileship in Aug 2013(direct entry). If exams are held in june due to elections then my 9 month article completed in may 2014 in this case may I eligilbe for MAY 2014 ?

If your 9 months of article ship is completed before 30.03.2013 then you will be eligible for May 2014 attempt otherwise not.
