plz tell...is it compulsory to write bare act in ipcc exam of law....or we can just present the answers in a simple and easy language

My answer would be absolutely No
AS you are the student not the author to write the bare act.
However while writing the answer you need write the words of LAW not the lay man language in NUTSHELL not the bare act,but Recommended law language As per the level.
