In IPCC either you can give GRP 1 or both groups.
After clearing 1st grp your articleship will commence..

After completing your 1st group only you can register for articles so better take 1st group and clear it off...

agree with Balu ji, first group clear first. according to me you should go for both groups.

SIR but i'm doing regular college so i cannot join articleship.
Thats why i'm thinking of completing group 2 first as it has only 3 papers and after that to go for group 1, so that i can complete my ipcc as well as i can complete my B.com(H)and after that i will join articleship.
I read in ICAI FAQ's column that one can appear in both the groups or group wise.

I don't know why some experts are saying that giving group 2 first is not possible and some are saying it is possible.
The link given below has the same query but the answer of the expert is YES i.e you can give group 2 first.
