or it is compulsory to post ipcc examination form at Additional Secretary (Exams), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi ? 110002.

you should have posted it to icai bhawan indraprastha marg delhi...
anywz now if u had done it wrong.. keep in touch with both the offices so that ur form can b sent to right place by them...okz
