I am having my nov attempt due...but in great confusion either to give 1st group in nov or both in may...

Do not waste your attempt. There is still time. Prepare for one group and give the exams.

Dear Nidhi,
It is always better to move rather then to stop. If you can assure yourself that you will clear both groups in may then dont give this attempt but in CA this assurance is not possible so it is advised to give attempt with 1 group.

thanx to both of you...one more question as i am having only 2 months left so can i give 2nd group first....

Its better to give 2nd group because you get more time to study. Further 1st groups have 2 subjects which are more conceptual and may take time to understand. and the most important this time there is long break for Direct Tax which will help you to prepare well.
