24 August 2012 Dear Sir,
I have 379 Marks in B.com and in the same column University shown 10 Marks (NCC) separately but percentage is not mentioned. If i calculate with 379 then % is 54.14 and if i include 10 marks then % is coming 56.56% I please let me know can ICAI consider that extra 10 Marks. So I can appear to IPCC.

Thank You

24 August 2012 Extra 10 marks will not consider by ICAI. It clearly indicating in this notification extra marks shall not consider for the purpose of average of marks.

OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI

24 August 2012 Please check the FIELD or SPACE for GRAND TOTAL. Calculate the % on the basis of this GRAND TOTAL. If it is 55 % or more, you are through. In addition to the subjects mentioned in the notification of ICAI, no other restrictive clause is present....

24 August 2012 See what happened University did not mentioned total marks after including 10 or NCC. When I checked Government notification for NCC and other special credit it clearly mentioned that this 10 marks always consider for scholarship, merit etc so I think It should consider by ICAI because it is the benefited marks and anytime we can use that is why is shown separately. it is the part of my marks and should not treat as special credit. Pls reply

24 August 2012 My dear, please understand the importance of WORDS very carefully, since you are thinking of joining a very ELITE course. A thorough PROFESSIONAL course. The question of considering what other people including Govt. does for this arises only in case of AMBIGUITY. There is no ambiguity in your mark list.... Look through the same and find out the GRAND TOTAL. It is key factor.
