You can apply for CA IPCC directly as you have the required qualification for directly applying for IPCC without appearing for CPT.
It is clearly mentioned that Non Commerce Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% marks are eligible for CA IPCC and they are exempted from CA CPT.
1. Initial registration for Common Proficiency Course (CPC) is valid for 3 years.
2. Re-validation of registration shall be done for further period of 3 years before expiry of initial registration. Students who have got their registration re-validated with the concerned Decentralized Offices may have the registration re-validated every 3 years after the expiry of the earlier re-validated period.
3. Fee for re-validation is Rs. 300/- for each re-validation.
4. Students are required to ensure before applying for admission to CPT examination that they have valid registration.

for b.com graduates, direct entry scheme is open and allowed in this case to opt for ipcc and skip cpt by doing 9 months of articleship for becoming elegible for ipcc exam.
