Please clarify whether I'll able to give both the groups of IPCC in Nov. 2010 attempt...as right now I'm giving CPT on 13 Dec 2009?

No. I don't think so.

Yes you can give both the groups in nov 2010...if you clear this dec...9 months gap should be there and should be complete orientation and ITT before taking IPCC exams..All the best
