09 August 2013 I have completed my CA articles in 1999 and now enrolled for IPCC by converting from erstwhile intermediate to IPCC. I have take such conversion in July 2013 only. Shall I appear to Nov 2013 exams, as I already old student. Please reply the query immediately.
