My friend will passout graduation in commenrtce in July 2017 . When she will be eligible to appear IPCC exams

CA and Graduation r different courses and not related with each other.

I mean if she will pass graduation in July 2017 and do registration with ICAI will she be eligible to give nov 2017 IPCC exams

At least 9 months of articles is required after registration through Direct Entry scheme.
