14 April 2021 Sir / Mam,
A dealer sells his goods no. of times to a customer in a day. Then , He issues an invoice for total dispatch on that day.
it is correct?

14 April 2021 It would depend on a no. of factors like value of invoice, mode of dispatch, whether ewaybill, einvoice provisions are applicable etc. If the value is trivial then a consolidated invoice may be generated for the day. Else it is better to generate separate invoice for each transaction during the day.

14 April 2021 Yes, he can generate single invoice at the end of the day, provided no e-way bill was required to be generated for each separate sale.

There is no such provision in the act but for convenience one can do so.
