May I issue different serial tax invoices for cash sale and credit sale under GST ?

Yes... You can. But, Handle with carefully at returns...

No, you can pre fix some Codes like "cs" or "cr" to the numeric portion of serial number. You should not duplicate the serial number in any manner. It is also presumed as suppression of facts of accounting.
