20 July 2012 Is mandatory to write excise declation at the below of invoice. if yes, is there any fix wording.

20 July 2012 "Certified that the particulars given above are true and correct and the amount indicated represents the price actually charged and that there is no flow of additional consideration directly or indirectly from the buyer"

This will not be applicable to excisable commodities for which MRP is the valuation under section 4A of the CE Act.
