Invoice for the parent company

Sir,
I am working for a software company, wherein they do not have any income, they get funded by their parent company to take care of salaries & opeational expenses, how do we raise the invoice to the parent company,does it invoice taxation also,,,,,,if so. I request you to provide me the sample/format of the invoice.

Please don't issue invoice as such without proper transfer pricing adjustments to your case.
please take care as Transfer Pricing issues are involved in your case .
