please guide me for following case

there is a company having investors who want to invest into a company by way of cash and against their investment they want some security by way of being share holder or anything else whatever way of security company can provide.

so in this case how company can take such cash as investments and what kind of security company can provide to investors

02 August 2012 Do not go for CASH investment. Why to attract 269SS and T. Even the rule of cash payment of 20000 or more may get invoked.
