Hi,

Mr. X Got Rs. 50000 in CASH and now he want to earn income/Interest on it without investing the same in PAPER..

Paper means > He want a CASH payout and CASH payin

Is there any option for it ?

Invest in PF
he will get deduction U/s 80C for the amount invested

and also the Interest will be exempt U/s 10(11)

13 February 2013 CA Sourabh missed one P. it must be PPF

but as you asked cash payout. So you can invest in cash to individual. no one can suggest a way. but it is risky
