16 July 2020 Can a partnership firm invest in another partnership firm. If so what are the things to be kept in mind in doing so.

16 July 2020 As per Section 4 of the Partnership Act, only the natural or artificial person can be the partner. Therefore, individuals and Companies can be the partner in partnership firm. A firm is not the person having a legal existence and therefore cannot as such become a partner in another partnership firm.
