INWARD REMITTANCE SHOULD BE INFORMED TO RBI WITH IN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
IF SHARES ARE ISSUED TO HIM THAT ALSO TO BE INFORMED TO RBI WITH IN 30 DAYS.
IF SHARES ARE NOT ISSUED WITH IN 90 DAYS MONEY RECEIVED SHOULD BE RETURNED.
IF SHARES ARE ISSUED TO HIM THAT ALSO TO BE INFORMED TO RBI WITH IN 30 DAYS.
IF SHARES ARE NOT ISSUED WITH IN 90 DAYS MONEY RECEIVED SHOULD BE RETURNED.
