13 December 2014 we are dealing in Pizza, so there are some items which we buy from market & directly sale in our outlet . but there are also some items like , MAIDA, CHINI etc we purchase and (use in making) made PIZZA & then we sale.

we are doing in Tally , my query is if we buy chini & maida & made purchase entry in Tally but said item not sold directly so chini & MAida inventry shows always inventory . but other trading items comes & goes.
how we treat in Tally

kindly provide me proper way to shour out in Tally entry wise.

your concept is slidely wrong,

You have to Prepare two stock register
(1) Raw material stock
(2) Finished Stock

13 December 2014 Thank you Sir for reply in our company there are allmost 55 Item which we purchase and there are 19 item we use for purchase for processing to make finises good.
how we will treat, suppose we purchase 1000 nos of coke & sale it at the end of the day we get the balance of stock. so i have to crease 36 trading items in Invntery .
are you telling about grouping ?
kindly explain sir.
