16 August 2018 Sir my return for a.y. 2016-17 has been treated as invalid for non-receipt of ITR V.. There was a refund claim of Rs.12000/- in this return. Please suggest the procedure to get my refund.

16 August 2018 you need to approach jurisdictional CIT for a condonation. Once the condonation is allowed, you can file a fresh return and claim refund
