24 January 2018 For AY 2015-16, CPC Bangalore has sent the notice u/s 139(9) on july 2017. But the assessee read the notice only on Jan 2018. The return was invalidated by CPC Bangalore. Now How to file the return for the assessee for AY 15-16?
