14 August 2012 a company which is subject to CARO is it necessary for the company to have internal audit? if yes what is the provisional evidence.

14 August 2012 The internal audit is carried out when the size of the company commensurate with such audit. Whereas there is no bar in employing internal audit irrespective of any turnover limit or no. of transactions limit.
