Mr x filed his return on time . he recieved an intimation under section 143(1). While preparing intimation AO forgot to give assessee the credit of Rs. 315785 agianst tds.
Q. can assessee request for the rectification of intimation under section 143(1).

Yes, this is a mistake apparent from the records which can be rectified under section 154 of Income tax act,1961.
