25 March 2014 i have received intimation from income tax department u/s 143 (1)...but there is no refund no demand...overall its nil return..

so it is neccesary to file revised return becauase last date is 31.03.2014...please help

25 March 2014 Intimation u/s 143(1) is received to intimate that your return has been processed.
You are advised to verify the computation and if no variation is found, keep it in records.
This intimation is not a NOTICE.

26 March 2014 sir there is difference of rs.3000/-...in depreciation shown by department..

so what can i do now..but overall return is nil as per my computation and as per department computation..

so revised return is compulsary in that case or nt..??

please reply its urgent

26 March 2014 Login to website. Select ITR on home page. A box will open up. You will find XML link on it.

26 March 2014 XML file cannot be read or edited. Use the software which was used earlier to generate XML file.
