Intimation u/s 143(1) of i t act

09 June 2012 How can i get the copy of Intimation relevant to Asstt.Year 2007-08 under the above section of I.T. Act in case the return was filed online without digitial Signature.

This is required to verify the Demand raised by the Deptt. being adjusted against I. T.Refund for Asstt.Year 2011-12 as per CPC Banglore Order Dt.26/05/2012.

Please help in this regard.

10 June 2012 You hve to go to the concerned officer of your jurisdication and submit a letter stating the requirement of 143(1) intimation. than they will either give you the computer record or the actual intimation copy
