Intimation u/s 143(1) not received due to change of email

13 July 2011 Dear members,

For an individual, e-return was filed for A.Y. 2010-11 within due date.Yesterday He received a SMS that intimation under sec. 143(1) was sent by email. But the emailid which he gave to the incometaxwebsite when he filed the IT return during July 2010 has now expired due to non-use of that emailid.

Now how and where to get that intimation u/s 143(1)? Can it be got from MY account column of the Income tax efiling website?

kindly let me know the way to get the order u/s 143(1)?

13 July 2011 Try it to get in "My Account". Otherwise,
the CPC-department is sending Hard Copy to the assessees also. Ask the assessee or wait till the assessee comes to you in case any demand has been raised.
