Intimation u/s 143(1) for pan avcxxxxx3k ay:2014-15

Dear Expert,
I have filled ITR(ITR-1) on 31-03-2015 for the assessment years 2013-14 & 2014-15, the income in the ITR is below the taxable limits.
Later on, When i login to "incometaxindiaefilling", it will show ITR for the A.Y. 2014-15 Status "Processed" and ITR for A.Y. 2013-14 Status "ITR Received".
& now i have received mail for intimation u/s 143(1) in which no tax liability has been raised on me. then i want to clarify what should i do?????
If i does not respond to that mail then is their any procedings against me.

No, you need not to response to that email nor you need to take any action as there is no refund no demand.
Just take print out of the intimation and file it along with your ITR.

No no return is not to revise.
In my previous reply I mean to say keep the copy of intimation in your records (along with copy of ITR)
The copy of Intimation will be proof with you that your ITR is processed without demand.
