intimation u/s 143(1)(a)

sir,
i received the intimation u/s 143(1)(a), it saw the difference between the form 16 and my return aploded, when form 16 is prepared i don't know about the deduction u/s 80 C(1b) for nps and when I upload the return i claim the deduction for nps saving rs. 5000 so what I should do in this query

but I already file return with correct details but income tax department is not approve this and give notice u/s 143(1)(a)

You mean the form 16 didn't show nps claim but you claimed it in your return and that did not get approved?

Try replying to the notice online explaining facts of your case. They may admit or they will tell you the procedureto claim again
