15 February 2011 Is it possible to file revised return after we receive intimation u/s 143(1) from CPC.

15 February 2011 as per sec 139(5), revised return can be filed before the assessement or the end of 1 year fron the end of AY.
But 143(1) is just an intimation and not an assesssment.
therefore we can revise the return even after receiveing the 143(1)
