20 December 2013 Hi, Our client is having income tax demand for AY-2009-10 which appearing in e-filing profile. When I request for intimation resend by mail , it was showing intimation order does not exist . I have contacted incometax tax office and I asked them on what basis this demand has come. They told it is computer generated demand . what to do? Regards Article Trainee

A lot of people are facing problems while generating the assessment orders. Kindly contact your jurisdictional AO in this case.
