Intimation to auditors u/s 224

what if intimation u/s 224 is not received by auditors of the company within 7 days of AGM. But it is received after 6 months of AGM and auditor filled his consent to ROC within 30 day from date of intimation. Weather company is liable to any penalty for giving late intimation to auditors or not ???

u/s 224(4) The company shall, within seven days of the Central Govern- ment' s power under sub- section (3), becoming exercisable, give notice of, that fact to that Government; and, if a company fails to give such notice, the company, and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
