17 January 2012 what if intimation is not given to excise department at the time of crossing 90 lakhs turnover and company has crossed 140 lakhs turnover. NOw company want to register itself.?? What is the solution if intimation is not given??

17 January 2012 when you have cross the turnover limit of rs. 1.50 crore then you have to take central excise registration certificate .

the turnover includes manufacturing not trading.
