We want to send our materials to outside of State for fabrication or Jobworks and after fabrication material will receive from outside state, only labour charges bill raise by Jobworker, So,please tell me,waybill needs this time two time.

21 November 2008 Under every state VAT Act and rules, they have prescribed the Delivery challans to be used for movement of goods. This delivery challans are to be used in addition to Company's delivery challan if any. In the delivery challan, a mention has to be made that goods are sent for fabrication and not for sale.

Similarly on completion of fabrication at the other end. The fabricated materials are to be sent through the Delivery challan prescribed by the other state, there also a mention has to be there about the job work.

Preserve copy of way bills to and fro for your records.
