hi..
i have interview in ING for Manager-Financial Reporting.. Can any1 plz help me out in preparation of it..
Job Description is as follows:
a)Balance sheet including schedules review for monthly/ quarterly Financial Statements.
b)Preparation of notes to accounts disclosure for 31 March and coordinating with departments for obtaining information.
c)Preparation of financial statement – as a part of contingency plan
d)Compliance with Clause 49 requirements
e)To work on specific projects which contribute to improvement in financial statements
f)To review accounting / financials of subsidiary company (IVFSL) on monthly basis.
g)To contribute towards enhancing technical knowledge of the team by reviewing RBI circulars, new products launched by the Bank, etc
h)To carry out adhoc activities assigned based on the requirement.

Dear Shikha,
the job profile is fairly broad based.
So you need to cover a lot of things. atleast cover the annual and quarterly reportings, clause 49, budget preparation. Given that ING is a financial corporate, focus of latest RBI guidelines..cover the master circular on IRAC norms etc.
