05 July 2017 what will in these situation ?

situation 1- if i am an unregisterd dealer can i make interstate sale of goods to registerd dealer of other state ?

situation -2 if i am an unregisterd dealer can i make interstate sale of goods to unregisterd dealer of other state ?

situation 3- if i am an registerd dealer can i make interstate sale of goods to unregisterd dealer of other state ?

tell me also that what will be in these situation in case of suply of service ?

05 July 2017 situation 1: purchaser is registered dealer under gst .....right? So s/he has every right to purchase goods from outside state. Isnt it? The condition is that the purchaser will be required to pay IGST on RCM basis.
Now what is your confusion?

21 July 2017 situation 2....you mean to URD to URD..inter state sale right?
URD is not covered by GST...Who is going to stop him/her from doing inter state business?
If at all any body stops, it will be against natural justice...isnt it?
