31 July 2012 Please help me to understand Interpretation of Statutes. Its very difficult to understand the Language. I study it from Munish Bhandari Sir Book and this is the only chapter which creates problem. Please help.

31 July 2012 NO. it is not difficult. Please concentrate on the language. See.... the first rule is if the language of section is not ambiguous, follow the section. This is called as literaligis.
