Please help me to understand Interpretation of Statutes. Its very difficult to understand the Language. I study it from Munish Bhandari Sir Book and this is the only chapter which creates problem. Please help.

NO. it is not difficult. Please concentrate on the language. See.... the first rule is if the language of section is not ambiguous, follow the section. This is called as literaligis.

its a very easy chapter ,, make own notes while reading from m. bhandari book.then read only own notes and leave m. bhandari sir book.

Thanks alot i will make my own notes. it will help.. and its not much difficult to understand but difficult to retain.
