22 November 2011 A Five star Hotel is providing wifi service to its customers. the customer have to pay for the wifi.
it is also providing internet facility similar to that of a cafe to its customer for which billing is done on time basis.
does the both facility provided by the hotel falls under the scope of internet cafe service.

24 November 2011 Yes, if separately billed as such, the service will be taxed as "internet cafe service". The hotel will have to get the service added to its registration certificate.

25 November 2011 yes sir.. it is shown seperately as telephone services. but included only in final bill of customer. settlement is done only at time of check out.
