Good Morning Sir,
My brother had completed his MDS(Master of Dental Sciences) and is planning to
setup a Dental Clinic in a
city.and he want to name it as "Ravis International".Can he name it like that?and what are the legal consequences?

well honestly Ravis International doesn't make sense for a dental clinic from marketing perspective in the first place. Legal consequences depend on the structure of the entity that he may incorporate.

As far as I know, He can use 'Ravis International'. there are no such restrictions in case of Proprietorship or Partnership Business.
