02 December 2015 Good Morning Sir, My brother had completed his MDS(Master of Dental Sciences) and is planning to setup a Dental Clinic in a city.and he want to name it as "Ravis International".Can he name it like that?and what are the legal consequences? please do reply

02 December 2015 well honestly Ravis International doesn't make sense for a dental clinic from marketing perspective in the first place. Legal consequences depend on the structure of the entity that he may incorporate.

02 December 2015 As far as I know, He can use 'Ravis International'. there are no such restrictions in case of Proprietorship or Partnership Business.
