Does anyone feel there is an ethical question involved when Internal Auditors certifies the net wealth of the auditee company ??

Internal auditors:
Shall not participate in any activity or relationship that may impair or be presumed to impair their unbiased assessment.
Certification of net wealth of the company will not fall in above, hence ethical question not involved in net wealth certification.
