24 September 2014 First I would suggest you to understanding company working as that will help you to draft points for checking.

Also check the process of depositing statutory dues like pf, esi, TDS, income tax, service tax etc.

Also check the process regarding collection of cheques and dues from customers and whether they are deposited in banks on time.

You may also use google search for IA points.
