Sir i want to know whether personal expenses of director or owner of company consider as expenses of company....
Eg:- mr A owner of Company Xltd purchase washing machine ,Tv etc..for own residence..whether that expenes considered as exp of comapny.....

No personal expenses allowed in the company accounts.even director also. it will be reported in the audit report

A company is a seperate entity and owner is lender of company... Any expenses which spent for the business only will allowed as business exp.
